Everyone answers the same question on their own phone. Then the Reader reads the answers out loud, with no names attached, and tries to guess who wrote each one. Some questions are about the Reader, so be honest. Or don’t. That’s half the fun.
Coming soon to the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
How to play
- One player creates a game and shares the 4-letter code (or the link, or a QR code)
- Everyone else joins with the code on their own phone
- Each turn, everyone answers a question, except the Reader
- The Reader reads the answers out loud, one card at a time
- Then the Reader guesses who wrote each one, and gets a point for every right guess
- Everyone takes a turn as the Reader. Most points at the end wins
When the game is over, the host can start a rematch with the same group and the same code.
Questions and answers
How many players? 3 to 8, each with their own iPhone or iPad.
How long does a game take? You choose 1, 2, 3 or 5 rounds, and everyone is the Reader once per round. Three rounds with four players takes about 20 minutes.
Is it free? Yes, with a starter set of questions. More question packs are planned.
Do I need an account? No. Just type the name you want the others to see.
What happens if someone leaves? Anyone can remove a player who left, and the game carries on. If the Reader leaves, the turn passes to the next player.
What do you collect? Only what the game needs: an anonymous ID, the name you type and your answers, which the other players see during the game. The details are in our privacy policy.
