These terms are an agreement between you and Moon Labs LLC (“Moon Labs”, “we” or “us”). They cover your use of the moonlabs.app website, our iPhone and iPad apps, and our REST APIs. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Our apps and APIs
- iPhone and iPad apps are licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, along with these terms. Purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms.
- Atlassian apps are covered by each app’s own end-user license agreement, linked from its page on this site, and by the Atlassian Marketplace terms.
- REST APIs are provided through RapidAPI and are also subject to RapidAPI’s terms. Please don’t use our APIs in a way that disrupts the service for others, such as trying to get around rate limits.
Your use
Please use our products lawfully and don’t try to reverse engineer, overload or interfere with them. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses them.
Our content
The Moon Labs name, logo, apps and website content belong to Moon Labs LLC. You’re welcome to link to our site and share screenshots of our products.
No warranty
We work hard to make our products reliable, but they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Data from our APIs and apps, including sports statistics and stock prices, may be delayed or inaccurate and shouldn’t be relied on for financial or other important decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moon Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA.
